AN INTERVIEW WITH THERESA BRANNEN - STATE CHAMP, BIG 10 CHAMP, & NCAA CHAMP 
Theresa Brannen knows what it takes to get the most out of your running potential - and she wants to share those insights with you.  Theresa was a 2-time Ohio state champion in the 800m.  She was a Big 10 and NCAA champion.  And like her husband Nate Brannen - who we interviewed last week - she was one of the all-time greats at the University of Michigan.  (And ha, yes, we get it.  You're wondering how we could possibly interview back-to-back Michigan alums.  Hey, they're fast up there too!)

MYERS RUNNING CAMP INSTAGRAM TAKEOVER
Anyone who has taken part in the Myers Running Camp in the summer can tell you that one of the things that makes camp so much fun is the counselor involvement.  Camp counselors are collegiate runners, post-collegiate runners, coaches, and incredible runners themselves - and they bring excitement and fun to everything from camp games and races to the epic talent show and dance on the final night.  

We can't recreate the full camp experience online, but we wanted to add some interactive fun via some of our counselors.  So click here to check out the Myers Running Camp Instagram this week!  Two of our former counselors - Sarah & Jalyn - are taking over the Instagram Story on Tuesday & Wednesday to share their own stories and updates.  Sarah is currently a college track & XC coach while Jalyn has graduated up from a collegiate middle distance runner to an ultra marathoner.  Check in with them, send them your questions or comments, and let's add some camp fun to the mix. 

TRAINING
Once again, we've split your training options into two different paths.  If you want to maximize your potential in the mile this spring, we have a "true miler" workout plan for both middle school and high school.  Or, if you want to build aerobic strength this spring, with an eye on building towards cross country starting now, then stick to our "beginner" or "advanced" aerobic strength plans instead.
